  • Main Map — a puzzle in the form of a map located on the Site’s homepage. Initially, it is hidden and gradually reveals new fragments as the project develops.
  • Main Answer Form — a form with four input fields for submitting an answer, located below the Main Map. This form remains locked until the required conditions for unlocking it are met.
  • Additional Puzzles — a series of puzzles available on the Site. Solving these puzzles helps unlock the Main Map.
  • Rules — a set of rules that regulate the process of solving puzzles and submitting answers to the Main Map, available at: https://monpax.com/rules.

2. General Terms

  • The Site is designed for entertainment purposes and aims to provide an engaging experience for puzzle enthusiasts.
  • The Site is a free-to-play platform for solving puzzles.
  • Users can register using an email to save their progress.
  • The Site owner does not guarantee the continuous availability of content or updates.

3. Registration and User Accounts

  • Users can create an account by providing an email and password.
  • A valid email must be provided upon registration.
  • Creating duplicate accounts is prohibited.
  • An account may be blocked if suspected of being a duplicate created for answer brute-forcing, without explanation.
  • Passwords are stored in encrypted form and cannot be retrieved in plaintext.
  • The Site owner is not responsible for lost login credentials.

4. Content and Availability

  • The Site owner reserves the right to modify, remove, or update puzzles.
  • The schedule of puzzle updates, answer formats, and access conditions to the Main Puzzle may change.
  • Donations are voluntary and do not provide gameplay advantages.

5. Grand Prize

  • No specific grand prize is implied unless explicitly stated by the Site’s creator in the rules.
  • The game’s rules are structured to protect the integrity of the Main Puzzle and prevent the disclosure of any information that could indirectly help solve it.
  • The creator will announce the prize amount once a significant portion of the puzzle has been revealed and players have a realistic chance of solving it.

6. Server Location

  • The Site’s servers are hosted in DigitalOcean data centers, which may be located outside your country.
  • By using the Site, you consent to the processing of data in these locations.

7. Donations and Third-Party Services

  • The Site contains links to third-party platforms such as 🔗 Patreon and Buy Me a Coffee for voluntary donations.
  • Donations are voluntary and do not provide any gameplay advantages.
  • Donations are considered voluntary support for the author at the current stage of the project’s development.
  • All financial transactions are processed on external sites with their own privacy policies.
  • The Site owner is not responsible for the operation of these services or their data processing policies.

8. Privacy and Data Processing

  • The Site does not collect personal data other than the email and password required for account registration.
  • Passwords are stored in encrypted form and cannot be retrieved.
  • The Site owner is the sole administrator, and no third parties have access to user data.

9. Disclaimer

  • The Site is provided "as is" without any guarantees.
  • The Site owner is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of the Site.
  • The Site owner does not guarantee that puzzles will be available at specific times.

  • The Site owner does not guarantee that the logic of the puzzles will match the player’s expectations and does not warrant that the puzzles are free from mistakes or inconsistencies. The puzzles are part of a creative game process, and errors may occur.
