القواعد

(Only the English version is considered official)

1. Fair Play
Creating duplicate accounts or using brute-force methods is prohibited. Most puzzles require a combination of answers, so random guessing without logic will appear suspicious and may result in account suspension without explanation.
When submitting an answer to the Main Map, players must provide their real personal details (see section 5). If the same details are found on several accounts, those accounts may be blocked and deleted.

2. The Main Map of MONPAX
For all new players, access to the Main Map is initially closed. To unlock it, you must answer the question: What is MONPAX? And most importantly — figure out where and how to do it.
The Main Map is only partially revealed. New fragments will be unlocked as players collectively solve puzzles from the Mini-maps section.

3. Mini-Maps
The Mini-maps section contains additional puzzles in the form of maps, each pointing to a real location on Earth.
Each mini-map stays open for solving until the video explaining its solution is published. The time given for each mini-map (from a few days to several weeks) is announced when it is published.
Every player who submits the correct answer before the explanation video is published receives one additional attempt to answer the Main Map. Attempts are tied to the player’s account and accumulate over the course of the game.
Mini-maps solved after the explanation video has been published do not give additional attempts.

4. Mini-Map Announcements
Several mini-maps can be active at the same time. New mini-maps are announced on the website and on the project’s social media. Stay tuned so you don’t miss updates.
After the explanation video is published, the mini-map stays on the website for anyone who wants to solve it on their own, but it no longer gives an additional attempt (see section 3).

5. Game Completion
Once 50% of the Main Map is revealed, the form for submitting an answer to the main puzzle of the project will become available.
The answer consists of four code words. Every player who has unlocked the Main Map has one attempt, plus one additional attempt for each mini-map solved in time (see section 3).
When submitting an answer to the Main Map, players will be asked to provide their full name and date of birth. If the answer is correct, the prize will be awarded only to the person whose details were provided, after their identity has been verified.
The first player to submit the correct answer will be declared the winner, and the game will stop for everyone.
They will receive the final key and can begin the physical treasure hunt.

6. Winner’s Requirements
The winner must be able to travel internationally. The final stage of the adventure will take place in a country that officially allows entry for travelers from other nations.
If the winner cannot travel, they may delegate the right to search for the treasure to someone they trust. In any case, the prize goes to the winner.
If the secret location is not found within 6 months of sending the final key by email, the key will be published on the official MONPAX website.
Anyone will then be able to search for the place and receive an additional prize — but the official winner remains unchanged.
All communication or agreements with the winner will be conducted via the email provided in their account and will be legally binding.

7. Final Phase of the Project
After receiving the final key, the winner must be ready to participate in the closing part of the adventure, which may include filming or live streaming in the area related to solving the map (for example, within the “final mile” radius of the marked location).
Filming will be done in the interests of the MONPAX project, but publishing the winner’s face, name, or voice will only happen with their consent.

8. Rule Changes
Terms, mechanics, and wording may be updated at any time.
All changes will be published on the official website: monpax.com/rules

9. Withdrawing from the Project
A player may withdraw from the project at any time. An account can be deleted from the profile page: it is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted, together with all game progress and accumulated attempts, within one month.

10. Authorship
MONPAX is an independent project reflecting the unique vision of its creator.

11. Official Language
The official version of the MONPAX game rules exists only in English.
